Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We ship all orders via Australia Post postal service. We will only ship goods within Australia. Please contact us for international shipment.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to be made. Remote areas may take slightly longer. For all WA customers, we do our best to get the order out to you the day after your order has been placed. All goods ordered online will be shipped within 7 – 10 working days.

Delivery must be made:
– to the adult person (aged 18 years and over) who placed the order, or
– to another adult person (aged 18 years and over) at those premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the person who placed the order

Unless specified in your delivery instructions beforehand, wine will not be left on premises if nobody is at home. A calling card will be left and wine will need to be collected from your local post office. Vine Collective and Australia Post take no responsibility for wine left unattended.

The following flat delivery fees for all States apply:
1-2 Cases (6-12 bottles) = $15
3-4 Cases (18-24 bottles) =  $30
5-6 Cases (30-36 bottles) = $45
7-8 Cases (42-48 bottles) = $60
9-10 Cases (54-60 bottles) = $75
+ $15 per every 2 cases onward.

Please note – we can’t send orders to PO boxes.

Minimum Age of Delivery

Vine Collective operates under a WA Special Facilities Licence, to buy wine from the website the buyer must be over 18 years of age, verifiable by ID and specify a domestic shipping address within Australia. By placing an order with Vine Collective, the buyer confirms that they are over the age of 18 and it is legal that they purchase Alcohol. Vine Collective is required under WA law to request your date of birth upon ordering, this information is kept for legal reasons only. The courier delivering the wine will check identification; wine cannot be delivered to a buyer unable to prove they are of legal age.

Dry Area Restrictions

Vine Collective will not deliver to any area deemed a dry zone under Australian law, please do not attempt to order to these areas as they will be refused.

Returns

Our policy is 21 days from purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been accepted. If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@vinecollective.com.au

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vinecollective.com.au and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
